How do I contact OnMe support?

Email support@onme.lol for support, billing, privacy, or purchase questions. It's worth skimming the rest of this help center first — account connection, billing, and proxy questions are usually answered faster here than by waiting on a reply.

When you do write in, include the email address your OnMe account uses and, if it's about a specific bot, account, or payment, enough detail (server, timestamps, a screenshot) to avoid a back-and-forth just to identify what you're referring to.

OnMe can only help with the OnMe dashboard, billing, and account itself — it can't intervene with Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, or a third-party server on your behalf.
