Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and OnMe governing your access to and use of the OnMe website, dashboard, worker infrastructure, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a Minecraft or Microsoft account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of a workspace or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

Service owner and contact

OnMe is an independent software service published and operated by OnMe. Questions about the Service, subscriptions, account access, or purchases should be sent to support@onme.lol.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where local law permits, to use the Service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

Definitions

  • "Account" means your OnMe login, distinct from any connected Minecraft or Microsoft account.
  • "Workspace" means the billing and team unit your Account belongs to, which may contain multiple Profiles.
  • "Profile" means an isolated set of servers, connected Minecraft accounts, bots, and settings within a Workspace.
  • "Bot" means an automated Minecraft session maintained by the Service using a connected Minecraft account.
  • "Content" means data, media, or configuration you submit to or generate through the Service, including profile page media, bot labels, and webhook configuration.
  • "Plan" means the subscription or lifetime tier associated with your Workspace, which determines feature limits.

What OnMe provides

OnMe provides a web dashboard and worker tooling for managing user-owned Minecraft Java accounts and automated bot sessions, including: server profiles; connected-account management via Microsoft sign-in or authentication cookie import; bot scheduling and automation (auto-connect, keep-connected, session limits, weekly schedules); anti-AFK, anti-cheat compliance, and hub-navigation configuration; skin management and an in-game username changer; proxy and IP routing configuration; outbound Discord/Telegram webhook notifications; team workspace collaboration; and, on eligible plans, a customizable public profile page hosted at a personal OnMe web address. Some listed or advertised features may be under active development and are provided on a best-effort, "as available" basis until fully released.

OnMe does not sell Minecraft, Minecraft accounts, Minecoins, Marketplace items, Realms, server access, ranks, cosmetics, or any official Minecraft or Microsoft product or service. A Plan grants access to OnMe software features and infrastructure only.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OnMe login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account, including activity by anyone you invite into your Workspace. You must notify us promptly at support@onme.lol if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping your contact email address accurate so we can reach you about security and billing matters.

License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, OnMe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful purposes. This license does not include any right to: resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone product; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it; circumvent Plan limits, rate limits, or seat restrictions; or scrape, mirror, or build a competing service using the Service's infrastructure or output. All rights in the Service not expressly granted to you are reserved by OnMe. OnMe's trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of Content you upload or configure through the Service, such as profile page media, custom links, and webhook configuration. You grant OnMe a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display that Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service (including publicly serving your profile page if you choose to publish one). You are solely responsible for your Content and must have all rights necessary to upload it; you may not upload Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law.

Minecraft and Microsoft terms

You are responsible for ensuring that every connected Microsoft account, Minecraft Java profile, server target, automation rule, and proxy configuration is authorized and complies with the Minecraft End User License Agreement, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Microsoft Services Agreement, Xbox Community Standards, and the rules of each server you interact with. Automated or AFK play may violate the rules of some servers or Mojang/Microsoft's own policies; using the Service does not exempt you from those rules, and you accept full responsibility for any consequence to a connected account, including suspension or ban by Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, or a third-party server.

OnMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Xbox, or Minecraft. "Minecraft" is used only as a descriptive reference to compatibility with Minecraft Java accounts and servers.

Discord

If you connect Discord or configure a Discord or Telegram webhook, you are responsible for complying with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Telegram's applicable terms, including with respect to any content delivered through webhooks you configure. OnMe requests only the minimum Discord permissions needed to display your public profile identity, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account connection

When available, OnMe connects Minecraft accounts through Microsoft sign-in or through authentication cookie import. You must only connect accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage, and you represent that any authentication material you upload (including exported cookies) was lawfully obtained by you for your own account. You may not use OnMe to bypass authentication, access controls, bans, rate limits, or other safety systems belonging to Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, Discord, or any third-party server.

Proxies and IP routing

The Service's proxy and IP routing features are provided to give you control over how your own, authorized Minecraft accounts connect to servers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of proxy or IP routing features complies with applicable law, the terms of any proxy provider you use (including our integrated provider or any third party you supply), and the rules of any server you connect to. OnMe does not guarantee the availability, performance, anonymity, or legality (in any particular jurisdiction) of any proxy or routing configuration, and is not responsible for actions taken by a server or platform against an account as a result of routing choices you make. Using proxy features to evade a legitimate ban, block, or enforcement action is prohibited under "Acceptable use" below.

Teams and workspaces

Workspace owners and admins can invite members, assign roles, and manage access to shared resources within the Workspace, subject to Plan seat limits. You are responsible for the actions of everyone you invite into your Workspace, including their use of connected accounts, bots, and billing features. Removing a member does not retroactively undo actions they took while they had access. An owner may not leave a Workspace without first transferring ownership or deleting the Workspace.

Acceptable use

You may use OnMe only for lawful, authorized automation. Without limiting the above, you may not use the Service to:

  • Access, connect, or import authentication material for any account you do not own or are not expressly authorized to manage.
  • Engage in harassment, spam, cheating, griefing, credential theft, phishing, or denial-of-service activity.
  • Evade authentication, access controls, bans, rate limits, or other safety or enforcement systems of Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, Discord, a proxy provider, or a third-party server.
  • Create, sell, or advertise in-game advantages, paid access, virtual currencies, cosmetics, ranks, or other benefits on a Minecraft server, unless your own separate server monetization fully complies with all applicable Minecraft and Microsoft rules.
  • Upload Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that contains malware.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to OnMe's infrastructure, other users' accounts or Workspaces, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service or its output as a standalone product to third parties without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service in any way that harms players, servers, Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, our proxy or infrastructure providers, or other third parties.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement or platform operators (such as Mojang, Microsoft, or Discord) where required by law or necessary to protect the Service and its users.

Public profile pages and content moderation

If you publish a public profile page, you are responsible for all Content it displays, including uploaded media, links, and connected identities. We may remove, restrict, or de-index public profile page Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, and may do so without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations. We are not obligated to monitor public Content proactively, but may act on reports or automated detection.

Billing

Subscription and lifetime purchases are processed through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page at checkout. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location; where required, tax will be calculated and added at checkout. A paid Plan grants access to OnMe software features and infrastructure only and does not grant any Minecraft license, Microsoft account, official server access, or in-game item.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, at the then-current price, unless we notify you of a price change with reasonable advance notice as required by law. Lifetime purchases grant ongoing access to the OnMe platform for the purchased Plan, subject to fair-use limits, abuse prevention, service availability, and these Terms — "lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service, not a guarantee that the Service will be offered indefinitely. If a payment fails, your Plan may enter a grace period during which access is retained while payment is retried; if payment is not resolved, your Workspace may be downgraded or restricted to the free tier of functionality. You can manage or cancel billing at any time through the self-service billing portal in your dashboard.

Plan features (including bot/account limits, server-profile limits, proxy rotation allowances, and team seats) are enforced technically; exceeding them may require an upgrade before additional resources can be created.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time before renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Refund requests should be sent to support@onme.lol and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account payment status, service usage, fraud risk, and applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (which may grant you statutory rights that these Terms do not limit). Lifetime purchases are refundable only where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if your Account or Workspace violates these Terms, creates a security risk, abuses infrastructure or Plan limits, violates a connected third party's rules (Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, a proxy provider, or a server), causes a payment dispute or fraud concern, or creates legal or platform-compliance risk. Where practical and not contrary to a security or legal concern, we will attempt to notify you before or promptly after suspension. You may terminate your own Account at any time by requesting deletion through the dashboard or by contacting support@onme.lol; see our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled after deletion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that automation will keep any account online continuously, that any connected account will remain unbanned or unsuspended by Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, or a server operator, or that any proxy or routing configuration will remain available or effective. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all such warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnMe and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or account access (including bans or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms), arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid OnMe in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnMe and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; Content you upload or publish; your violation of these Terms or applicable law; your violation of a third party's rights, including Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, a proxy provider, or a server operator; or actions taken by anyone you invite into your Workspace.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which OnMe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires that local law apply instead. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact support@onme.lol so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

General terms

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers such as Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, Stripe, or our hosting and proxy infrastructure. Export compliance. You agree to comply with applicable export control and economic sanctions laws in your use of the Service. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnMe regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes or as legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.
