Is OnMe an official Minecraft service?

No. OnMe is not approved by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Xbox, or Minecraft in any way. "Minecraft" is used on this site only as a descriptive reference to compatibility with Minecraft Java accounts and servers.

Because OnMe is independent, Mojang, Microsoft, and Xbox support channels can't help with OnMe dashboard, billing, or automation questions — and OnMe can't act on your behalf with those platforms. Anything that happens to a connected account (including a ban or suspension) is between you and that platform or server.
